At Drilling Tools International, we are committed to operating in an environmentally and socially responsible manner. Sustainability is embedded into our governance processes and procedures to ensure there is the highest level of oversight on our ESG commitments.

Our Approach

Sustainability is a high priority, and our strategy sets out the main responsibilities for integrating a sustainability focus into our business and daily operations, and as a means for continuous improvement. Policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure they are effective and up-to-date with current and emerging requirements, technology and best practices. Our sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) principles cover the following aspects that are based on our three tenets of strength, innovation, and performance:

Governance

The Board of Directors provides oversight for our ESG program and receives regular updates on sustainability matters. DTI ensures our processes and policies yield a responsible and transparent business that recognizes the potential impact of our operations on the environment, our workers, and the communities in which we operate. We will continue to do our part to make a positive impact on the planet and support the industry’s challenges to address a lower carbon future.
