Introducing Drilling Tools International, Inc., the new name of Directional Rentals
We are proud to announce that we are changing our company name from Directional Rentals, Inc. to Drilling Tools International, Inc.
Drilling Tools International reflects our expanding product portfolio, geographic footprint and growing market coverage. Although our name has changed, our commitment to providing superior downhole tools and exceptional customer service remains steadfast. Our new name is also an acknowledgement to our principles of Strength, Innovation, and Performance, which have made us a leader in the downhole tool business for more than 30 years.
In conjunction with our name change, we are excited to announce the launch of our new website, drillingtools.com. The new site will feature expanded product information and will evolve as a primary source of drilling information on the Internet.
From a day-to-day business perspective, the ownership, management, tax payer ID number, and remit to address will remain the same. Only the name will change.
